The Board of Education introduced its Building Referendum at the October 27th Board of Education Meeting. The reaction of the audience to the presentation was overwhelmingly positive.

The Time for Change: Multimedia Presentation
"The Time for Change" is a PowerPoint overview of the History of the Plan, the educational impact of overcrowding and teaching methodology. This two-part introduction is followed by a video entitled "The Inside Story," narrated by the building principals, followed by "The Solutions," narrated by BBS architect Larry Salvesen. The closing returns to the PowerPoint, which details the urgency and the cost of the plan.
