BOARD OF EDUCATION

Special Meeting – January 4, 2005

Riverhead High School Library

PRESENT: Vice President, Mrs. Nancy Gassert; Mrs. Kathleen Berezny; and, Mrs. Christine Prete.

ABSENT: Mr. Timothy Griffing, Mr. Timothy Hubbard, Mrs. Mary Ellen Harkin and Mrs. Lori H. Montefusco.

ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Paul Doyle, Mr. Joseph Ogeka and Mr. Joseph Singleton.

Vice President, Mrs. Gassert, opened the meeting at 6:04 p.m. with the pledge of allegiance to the flag.

There were five other people in attendance.

ALSO PRESENT: Mrs. Barbara O’Kula.

The following construction management companies were interviewed:
