NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

AND

SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

 

 

The Board of Education of the Riverhead Central School District will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the Riverhead High School Music Room #123, 700 Harrison Avenue, Riverhead, New York. After the meeting is opened to the public, the Board will immediately recess to executive session to consider executive session topics until approximately 7:00 p.m. at which time they will reconvene into open session in the Riverhead High School Auditorium, 700 Harrison Avenue, Riverhead, New York. There will be a public hearing pursuant to Commissioner’s Regulation 8 NYCRR §100.2(1)(2)(i) and Education Law §2801to provide for the participation of school personnel, parents, students and other interested parties regarding the new requirements under the Dignity for All Students Act (DASA). Regular agenda items will follow.

 

 A DRAFT OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT WILL BE PRESENTED.
