Perfect Attendance should be rewarded and it is at Riverhead High School.

"Attendance is one of the keys to academic success," extolled RHS Principal John Merone before serving breakfast for the 30 students who achieved perfect attendance during the 2004-05 school year.

Mr. Merone waited until the very end of his presentation to recognize senior Jessica Murphy and award her a certificate for not missing even a single day of high school during all four years at RHS.
