News 12 Long Island Challenge

(April 2008) Thirty-two Long Island high school teams—sixteen from each Suffolk and Nassau Counties compete in the tenth anniversary season of The Long Island Challenge, an educational quiz show designed to test students’ knowledge of history, science, math and arts and literature. The Long Island Challenge can be seen every Saturday on News 12 LI at 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Encore presentations of the show can be seen on News 12 LI every Sunday at 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

RHS’s first competition was against East Islip and was aired on December 1 and 2 at 6:30 & 9:30 p.m. They WON their first round! ON APRIL 19 AND 20 AT 6:30 PM AND 9:30 PM, THEY WILL FACE OFF AGAINST THE WALTER G. O'CONNELL HS - COPIAGUE HIGH SCHOOL! TUNE IN!
