HEALTH
AWARENESS
AND
ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS DAY
is actually part of a school day set aside to provide students
with information about choices and their consequences. Consequences
that could change the course of the rest of their lives.
The event was coordinated by the District's School to Work and
K-12 Violence Prevention Directors, Connie Gevinski and Theresa
Drozd, with the help of student coordinators.
The workshops covered a wide range of topics that included Health
and School Safety issues as well as workshops on how to get a
job and dress for success.
A short slideshow will give you an overview of the day and the
many
representatives
who gave their time for this important event.
