an Executive Session which normally begins at 5:30 p.m. (unless otherwise

at the Riverhead High School auditorium and will be preceded by an
Executive Session which normally begins at 5:30 p.m. (unless otherwise
posted).
IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE that
this calendar is open to flexibility. The Board of Education
has the option to schedule additional meetings or cancel others as
may be necessary. Announcements of such will be made accordingly.
FURTHER,
central administration and I ask for your cooperation
to submit all nonpersonnel items that need to be on the agenda for
Board approval no later than the Wednesday preceeding the scheduled
Board of Education meeting (i.e., bid awards, surplus items, donations,etc.).
This timeline must be strictly adhered to.
