After 4,712 students attended RCSD in '08-'09, the district taught 4,816 students in '09-'10.
That's a 2.2 percent increase.
There were 4,900 students who attended our schools in the 2010-11
school year. That's a 1.7% increase. Enrollment peaked in 2011-12.
The total number of classes offered and number of teachers*
1,275 in '07-'08 to 1,181 in 2009-10. The total number of teachers from throughout the district went
from 393 in '07-'08 to 355 in 2009-10. In 2010-11 there were 355 teachers and 1,131 classes offered.
in 2012-13 there are 325 teachers.
The percentage and number of students eligible for free lunches* rose 7 percent.
in 2010. In '08-'09, 25 percent of the student population (1,170 students) were eligible.
In 2009-2010 30 percent, or 1,432 students were eligible.
In 2010-11, 37% of the students were eligible for free lunches and 7% for reduced-price lunches.
Of 2012 high school grads, 90% continued their education.

In 2012, RHS grads were accepted to 7 of the 8 Ivy League Colleges:
Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, and the Univ. of Pennsylvania
