Searson’s poem about
an old oak tree has been published in Songs
of Honor, a collection of poetry. She will
travel to Las Vegas this summer to read her poem at the
International Society of Poets Convention and Symposium.
Julia-Anna is a fifth grader at the Pulaski Street School.
