Riverhead's 2008 Relay for Life.

Relay For Life is an overnight celebration of hope, progress and answers. In honor of the millions of Americans who have survived cancer, teams of friends, families and co-workers raise funds to support the continued
fight against the disease.
You can walk. You can run. You can Relay For Life.
This is an American Cancer Society signature activity.

Riverhead Relay for Life Activities Committee thanks You for
participating in the 2007 Relay for Life and invites you to
begin to form teams for the 2008 Relay for Life--

The Riverhead Relay for Life began the Relay season with the Relay Kickoff in March at the Riverhead High School.

UPCOMING MEETINGS ARE SCHEDULED FOR MAY 8, 7:30 PM AT RHS AND JUNE 9TH AT 7:30 PM AT RHS.

Last year the Relay raised over $220,000 for the American Cancer Society. This money was used to fund research for a cure, to promote anti-smoking and other prevention initiatives, and to offer advice and aid to cancer patients.

If you are interested in joining us in the battle against cancer please call Jeanine Zeltmann at 631-727-2012 and we will tell you how to organize a Relay team and will supply you with all the information you will need to be successful fundraisers. There will be raffles, music, refreshments, and lots of Relay spirit.
