HAPPY
ST. PATRICK'S DAY FROM RILEY
1st
graders in Skryzpecki's & Pettit's classes host a Parade
Two
first grade classes at the Riley Avenue School put on a
St. Patrick's Day Parade for their schoolmates. Becky Skrzypecki's
and Katy Pettit's first graders used their wagons or anything
with wheels from home to make floats for their St. Patrick's
Day Parade. It was green; it was windy; it was wonderful.
The grand marashalls for the day were teacher's aide Joanne
Byrne and first grader Mora Sullivan, who are more than
a wee bit Irish.
After
the parade the two classes and their guests enjoyed corn
beef and cabbage and all the trimmings.
