Seven
RHS Lacrosse Players to play in College
(June 2007) Seven out of nine senior players on the Riverhead
High School Lacrosse team will be playing lacrosse in college
next fall.

The
Blue Waves team was 8-9 in this their fifth varsity season.
"At the end of this season, 28 RHS lacrosse players
have gone on to play college lacrosse," notes Blue
Waves Coach Tony Lawrence. "This is a testimony to
these kids. They've worked really hard."
Suffolk County
Lacrosse Coaches 2007 Awards Banquet

Three
Varsity Lacrosse players were given special awards at the
Suffolk County Lacrosse Coaches 2007 Awards Banquet. Andrew
Nadeau (Sr.) was named All-Division Defense; Kyle Hubbard
(Frosh.) was named Rookie of the Year (Goalie); William
Grossklaus (Sr.) was named All-County Defense and was awarded
the Eric
Sopracasa Scholarship Award. (The players are pictured
