In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, third grade students at Aquebogue Elementary School recently participated in an activity showcasing the importance of acts of service and how they affect the people around them.
As part of the activity, students shared an act of service they completed, what they liked most about doing the act of service for someone else and how it made them feel to help someone.
