Copies of the General Conditions, Specifications and Bid Forms may be obtained at the Riverhead Central School District, Business Office, 814 Harrison Ave., Riverhead, NY 11901, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Specifications are also available on the District’s website by accessing the link below.
Vendors who are mailed documents from the Riverhead CSD Purchasing Department office are guaranteed to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. Vendors who print and RFP electronically are advised to check the Riverhead CSD website for any addendums.
Bids must be presented on the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and as required by the Specifications. Bids received electronically will not be accepted.
Send MARKED ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY of each proposal.
