The fifth and sixth grade members of the Pulaski Street Future Teachers Club recently concluded a busy year of learning. They had created goals and vision statements to promote their future careers, reflected on their favorite teachers, practiced their public speaking skills, engaged in collaborative dialogue with their peers, and learned more about lesson planning. Advisor Amelia Estevez Creedon expressed her pride in the group and said, “I think that with guidance, these students will be future Riverhead teachers and truly make a difference in the community.”
