Kayleanne Campbell Named to Newsday‘s Top Girls Track and Field Athletes

Riverhead High School senior Kayleanne Campbell was selected for Newsday’s list of the top 50 Long Island high school girls track and field athletes of 2025. Kayleanne participates in the high jump, triple jump, and 400-meter hurdles for the Blue Waves. In 2024, she cleared 5 feet 6 inches in the high jump and advanced to the New York State championship, where she tied for sixth place. Following graduation, Kayleanne will continue her academic and athletic careers at Quinnipiac University, where she plans to pursue a pre-med path.
