PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Riverhead Central School District’s Board of Education will hold a REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Riverhead Middle School Library, 600 Harrison Avenue, Riverhead, New York. After the meeting is opened to the public, the Board of Education will immediately recess into Executive Session to discuss topics in accordance with the Open Meetings Law §105 (f).
The PUBLIC SESSION OF THE REGULAR MEETING and PUBLIC HEARING OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION WILL BEGIN AT APPROXIMATELY 7:00 PM in the Riverhead Middle School Cafetorium.

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 6-d of the New York General Municipal Law, the Board of Education of the Riverhead Central School District will hold a Public Hearing on June 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM, prevailing time, in the Riverhead Middle School, 600 Harrison Avenue, Riverhead, New York 11901. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear all interested parties and citizens regarding a proposed resolution that would authorize the appropriation for the purpose of funding expenditures from the Repair Reserve Fund established by the Board of Education on March 28, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $1,041,000, for the following projects:
