Riverhead Educational Leaders Celebrated at SCOPE Awards

Three remarkable members of the Riverhead Central School District community were recently honored at the 2026 SCOPE Awards. In recognition of their outstanding contributions to the district, Riverhead Board of Education Trustee Virginia Healy received the School Board Service Award, Roanoke Avenue Elementary School Principal Thomas Payton earned the Administrator Service Award, and Riverhead High School science teacher Gregory Wallace was given the Teacher Service Award.

The district congratulates Ms. Healy, Mr. Payton, and Mr. Wallace on these well-deserved honors! We are proud to have you as members of our Blue Waves community and appreciate all that you do.
