Riverhead High School French Club Competes in Delicious Decorating

Riverhead High School French club members recently participated in the school’s annual bûche-off, hosted by French teacher Madame Keri-Ann Westfall. Culinary creativity was on full display in this cake-decorating contest, as students teamed up to adorn desserts to resemble bûche de Noëls, French Christmas pastries in the form of a yule log. This year’s “best-in-bûche” was awarded to Olivia Esposito, Julia Cioch, and Julianne Delaney.
