Riverhead High School Senior Selected for All-State Band
Bryan Enos Will Play Bass Trombone in 2022 NYSSMA All-State Band
RIVERHEAD, NEW YORK (SEPTEMBER 2022) — Riverhead High School senior Bryan Enos has achieved the incredible accomplishment of being selected to the 2022 NYSSMA All-State Band for bass trombone.
“I am super excited, humbled and honored to be a part of this amazing experience,” said Bryan. He was chosen for this opportunity based on his NYSSMA solo in the spring of 2022, at which he was given a perfect score by the judges. He was required to prepare a college level solo and perform it with an accompanist. His exceptional score resulted in his selection to the prestigious NYSSMA All-State Band, an honor Riverhead High School, Riverhead Central School District and the District community all applaud him on.
“We take great pride in Bryan for this accomplishment,” said Riverhead High School Band Director Joseph Randazzo. “It is his hard work and dedication in and out of the music room that has led him to this well-deserved opportunity.”
“Congratulations to Bryan on this outstanding achievement,” praised Riverhead Central School District Director of Fine Arts Jason Rottkamp. “Selection to this group represents many years of practicing and perfecting his craft. A big thank you to all of his teachers over the years, as well as to his supportive family.”
