Riverhead High School’s Mya Marelli Named Newsday ‘Diamond Star’

The Riverhead Central School District congratulates Riverhead High School varsity softball player Mya Marelli on being named a Newsday “Diamond Star” for her performances against Longwood and Brentwood. Mya struck out 14 in the Blue Waves’ 2-0 victory over Longwood. She then proceeded to go 4-4 with four RBIs in Riverhead’s 16-4 win over Brentwood.
