Riverhead Staff Rescue Another Student with Life-Saving Training

Riverhead Central School District staff have saved another student with their life-saving first aid and safety training. A Riverhead Middle School student was rescued from choking by security guard David Lopez, who quickly leapt into action and performed the Heimlich maneuver. Thank you, David, for keeping our students safe and to all of our staff for your continued focus on the health and well-being of our students.
