Suffolk County Girls Wrestling Champion Miiko Foster Heads to State Tournament

After making history as Suffolk County’s first girls wrestling 185-pound weight class champion, Riverhead High School ninth grader Miiko Foster is competing in Albany this week in the inaugural New York State Public High School Athletic Association girls state wrestling tournament. Her dedication and remarkable work ethic have been on full display as she has etched her name in the record books. The district congratulates Miiko on this incredible achievement and wishes her the best of luck in Albany!
